Customers. There are none yet, and pretending otherwise would be a bad start.
This page will hold case studies. Today it is empty, because Live has not run a paid interview. A page of invented logos and unattributed quotes is the easiest thing in the world to make and the fastest way to lose a buyer who checks.
What you can evaluate instead
Everything here is checkable today, without a reference call.
Read the rubric
Published in full, including the anchors. No competitor publishes theirs, which makes this the one thing you can audit before buying.
See a report on a real session
Thirty minutes. We configure a job on the call, you sit the interview, and you read the scorecard it produces about you. Scores, the quotes behind them and the transcript, on your own answers rather than on someone else’s.
Read the limitations
Where the system is weak, named specifically. That section exists because a transparency page without one is a marketing page.
Check the bias audit
Currently: none completed, and NYC roles are gated until there is one. That is the honest status and it is on the page.
Read the book
The methodology predates the product by years and stands on its own. Judge the thinking before judging the software.
Design partners
We are looking for three companies running 20 or more technical screens a month, to pilot before a line of production code is written. Design partners get the product at half price for twelve months, direct access to the person who wrote the rubric, and a real say in what gets built first.
What we want in return is uncomfortable honesty about the candidate experience, and permission to publish the results on this page eventually, including the parts that did not work.
